Hello,
I am from New Zealand, (think Lord of the Rings) it is about 700 miles east of Australia if you need help placing it on a map. NZ is mostly mountains and coastal roads, so if you like twisties, its hard to beat. Been riding for just over a year, and it has become a huge passion.
...I got into biking back home, and was lucky enough to have a close knit group of friends who encouraged, coached and joined me during many great times cruising around the country, including a track day which I loved. (I still grin today when I think about it). I left NZ about 5 months ago for some travel, so I sold my bike, car, everything! quit my job and have been travelling Europe since. The time has come for me to get a job again (if only I could afford to be a perpetual traveller) so I will be setling in London for at least a year and working. The good part about the work is it will allow me to get a new bike, which can't happen soon enough.
I am hoping there are a few London riders here, who join me in my passion. I have a few friends in London, but none with bikes, although some are pricking up their ears with my enthusiam... its all a matter of time!!! Muuahhaha! :)
If nothing else though, it will be cool to read your stories in the Forums while I save enough money to create my own biking stories.
Safe Riding!
