Hi Folks, I have a 1994 Honda VT 1100. Earlier this summer the bile started to back fire once in a while... It didn't happen again for a lone while until about a month ago. After one of these sessions it died & I had to push start it to get it going again. The battery was shot, so I replaced it. A couple of weeks later the new battery was bad. The Honda dealer thought it was a problem with the Alternator or voltage regulator. They tested OK & I replaced the battery again. That one lasted 4 days & it failed. It looks like something is shorting & cooking the batteries... Any ideas ?
